Old Mill Tiny Homes offers a unique and peaceful stay with a range of accommodation options to suit couples, families, and groups.
Set within tranquil grounds, Old Mill Tiny Homes boasts two accomodations. The Tiny Home is a unique two bedroom home with a kitchen, living area and private hot tub. The Toot Suite is a spacious 1 bed apartment featuring a kitchen and comfortable living area—ideal for longer stays or larger groups. There is also the option to book both accomodation for larger parties. If both properties are booked, both guests of The Tiny Home and The Toot suite can enjoy use of the hot tub.
Guests can make use of the outdoor seating area and BBQ during the summer months. We operate on a room-only basis, with several excellent breakfast spots nearby in Ingleby Barwick and along Yarm High Street.
For food and drinks, the Fox Covert pub is just a 2-minute walk away and offers a lively, family-friendly atmosphere. Yarm High Street is a short 10-minute drive and is home to a wide selection of bars, pubs, restaurants, and even a nightclub.
The surrounding area has plenty to explore, including an Alpaca Farm just a 5-minute walk away, Preston Park & Museum, Tees Barrage, and Teesside Park Shopping Centre—making The Old Mill an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.
